Make-up Brush Confusion Smashed If your anything like me learning how to apply makeup is like taking on a job that you never got proper training for.  You end up only doing the parts of the job you're comfortable with (eyeliner, lip gloss/lipstick, and getting your eyebrows done), while you stick extra close to someone that knows the job (YouTube) in hopes that you'll pick up on how to do the job well enough not to get fired (walking around looking like Kathy Kinney's character Mimi Bobeck from the Drew Carey Show. Over time with enough YouTubing and research I was able to stop getting on my daughters' nerves, asking them stuff like. What do you use that brush for? Why can't you use the same brush?
